Johan initiates workplace projects of all sizes and complexities with a common foundation: client engagement and service. His collaborative approach leads not only to successful projects but also to long-standing relationships.

As the Director of Operations and Communication for Cilantro, Johan develops and leads programs that support the firm’s relationships and the next generation of talent that will lead them. Recognized in 2012 as one of the “Top 20 under 40” professionals in the industry, Johan holds a faculty position at The Philippine School of Interior Design, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate programs. He is a member of the IIDA and a LEED®-accredited professional.

Johan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Don Bosco Technical College in the Philippines and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the New York School of Interior Design.
